A day to quiet your mind, return to your body, and reconnect with yourself.

But here’s the thing:

All within a safe, Reiki-infused container - warm, supported, and deeply restorative.

Hi I’m Claryn

I'm a trauma-informed Breathwork Practitioner and Compassionate Inquiry Coach with 30 years’ experience in healthcare, and the last 5 years dedicated to somatic and emotional healing.

Bridging science, soul, and somatics, I support high-achieving women stop performing for love and come home to their truth.

Through breathwork, a psycho-somatic approach, and inner child healing, my intention is to create spaces of safety, release, and deep self-connection - work that isn’t about doing more, but about becoming more you.

Terms and Conditions

Bookings - Your place is confirmed once payment has been received in full.

Refunds - All bookings are non-refundable. Please book mindfully, as I hold limited spaces to keep the group intimate.

Transfers - If you can no longer attend, your booking is fully transferrable. You’re welcome to gift or sell your place to a friend (just let me know their name and contact details in advance).

Cancellations by Host - In the unlikely event I need to cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund.

Responsibility - This retreat offers practices for relaxation, self-connection, and emotional wellbeing. It is not a substitute for therapy or medical care. Please listen to your body and take part at a level that feels right for you.
