Unwind from your week, soften mental overdrive, and reclaim your body from constant doing.
A different way to end your week: not zoned out on the sofa, scrolling - but actually present: feeling your breath, your feet on the floor, the warm cup in your hands, your partner’s touch and your kids’ hugs.
If you find it hard to relax, live mostly in your head, or only notice your feelings when they explode, this space is for you.
What we’ll do:
- Gentle movement to help your mind and body arrive
- Felt-sense meditation to connect with what’s actually happening in your body
- 30 minutes of slower breathing with Aria Breath music to rebalance your nervous system
- A closing sound bath to invite deep rest
How it might feel
- A little more room in your chest
- Thoughts that feel quieter, less dominating
- A clearer sense of what you’re feeling - without needing to talk it all through
You’ll be fully guided - no experience needed.
Every breath is an invitation, not an expectation.
You’re always in charge of your own pace, your own body, your own practice. Your nervous system leads the way.
Who this is for
- People who struggle to sit still or switch off
- Thinkers who want to feel more connected to their bodies
- Anyone craving a real sense of calm and inner steadiness, not just “numbing out”

Hi, I’m Claryn
Hi, I’m Claryn — a trauma‑informed Breathwork Practitioner and Compassionate Inquiry Coach with 30 years’ experience in healthcare and the last five devoted to emotional healing.
Bridging science, soul, and somatics, I guide people who’ve learned to hold it all together — at work, in love, in life — to finally feel safe to let go.
Together, we explore what it means to stop performing for belonging and start coming home to your own truth.
My approach weaves breathwork and psycho‑somatic practice to create spaces that feel safe enough to soften — where your nervous system can gently experience what it’s like to come out of fight‑or‑flight and into rest‑and‑digest, where emotions can move, and where self‑connection can slowly return at a pace that honours your history and your limits.
This isn’t about doing more — it’s about remembering what was never lost.
I work 1:1 online, lead retreats and workshops, and collaborate with aligned practitioners and organisations for corporate wellness days, offering breathwork, yin yoga, and sound healing.
