Compassionate Inquiry is a mind-body psychotherapeutic approach that slowly reveals the truth beneath one’s appearance that is presented to meet life.
The process facilitates the client to connect with their body sensations and emotions, get to the truth and release layers of childhood trauma.
As the layers are gently peeled off, the true sense of self can begin to emerge. This means you begin to know what the truth is about the reality and yourself beneath the layers of the conditioning that has been deeply ingrained in you.
In each session you’ll be safely held and gently guided to explore and journey deeper to find the root cause of your issues so that at the end of the session you can expect to feel lighter, freer and kinder to yourself that it extends to your close relationships and creates a warm and loving connection with your loved ones.
