Why this works when insight alone doesn't

Your patterns live deeper in your body than your mind alone can reach.

Coherent breathing for nervous system regulation when you're wired or frozen,
conscious connected breath for accessing deeper layers when you're ready - both bridge unconscious patterns to conscious choice, harmony from the inside out, and mind and body.

Somatic tracking helps your nervous system complete old stress cycles it had to freeze mid-way.

This container weaves together teaching, Q&A, group coaching/mentoring, and breathwork in each live session.

We begin on 26th May 2026.

7 live Tuesdays: online via Zoom
Time: 6pm UK (BST)
Duration: 90–120 minutes
