Conscious Connected Breathwork is a 75-minute online session that uses a specific circular breathing pattern to quiet the analytical mind, release what the body has been holding, and open a door to deeper self-awareness.

No prior breathwork experience needed. Your breath already knows the way.

Stress, emotions, and trauma don't just pass through us - they settle. Into our tissues, our fascia, our muscles. Breathwork is one of the gentlest ways to begin unravelling them.


What's actually happening

In Conscious Connected Breathwork, you breathe through an open mouth in a continuous circular pattern -- inhale and exhale with no pause between them. It sounds simple.

What it does is significant.

As the breath sustains this rhythm, the prefrontal cortex — the analytical, problem-solving, overthinking part of the brain — begins to quiet. Brainwaves slow. Neurotransmitters like dopamine and endorphins are released. You move out of the mind's constant commentary and into a different quality of awareness.

In that space, the body can begin to release what it has been storing. Suppressed emotions. Old patterns. Energy held in the tissue long after the original experience has passed.

This is not a mental process — it's the body doing what it has always known how to do, when given enough safety and space.

How the session works

  • We begin with a short conversation to set your intention and create a container of safety

  • The active breathwork lasts between 35–45 minutes, accompanied by carefully chosen music to support the rhythm and depth of your journey

  • Throughout, I guide with prompts and presence — but I also create space for your breath to lead you inward

  • Reflection and integration after the breathwork practice where you can share insight and experience, or ask any questions.

    The full session runs approximately 75 minutes and is held online via Zoom.


How to prepare

All you need is a quiet space and a little intention:

  • Find somewhere you won't be disturbed

  • Create the cosiest nest you can — jumper, socks, a blanket, an eye mask (a clean sock works perfectly)

  • Have Zoom downloaded on your device

  • Keep a journal or notebook nearby for after

  • A glass of water within reach

Contra-indications for Conscious Connected Breathwork:

Conscious Connected Breathwork results in certain specific physiological changes in the body and can also result in intense physical and emotional release.

As a precaution, the following conditions are contraindicated in certain conscious connected breathwork practices: 

Cardiovascular Disease

Detached Retina or Glaucoma

Diagnosed Brain or Abdominal Aneurysm

Epilepsy

Diagnosed Bipolar or Schizophrenia

Uncontrolled Diabetes or Thyroid Conditions

High Blood Pressure

High Risk Pregnancy (First Semester)

Recent surgery


Harmonic Breathwork

Your nervous system is ready to slow down. This gives it permission.

Harmonic Breathwork is a 60-minute online session that uses coherent breathing - slowing to six breaths per minute with Aria Breath's specially curated music - to bring your body out of survival mode and back into itself.

To guide the body to remember what it already knows.


Is this for you?

You might recognise some of this:

  • Your mind doesn't really switch off - even rest feels like restlessness

  • You absorb the energy of a room without meaning to, and it costs you

  • You're craving space - in your head, in your body, in your life

  • There's a low hum of anxiety that doesn't seem to have a clear source

  • You feel disconnected from your body, like you're mostly living from the neck up

  • Sleep is poor, focus is scattered, decisions feel heavier than they should

The body is not a problem to manage. It's an intelligence to return to.


What's actually happening

When we're running at pace - mentally, emotionally, professionally - our nervous system adapts. It learns urgency. It learns vigilance. Over time, that becomes the baseline: a low-level state of contraction that shapes how we think, how we feel, and how we relate.

Insight can name this. Willpower can override it - for a while. But neither reaches the level where it actually lives: the body.

Coherent breathing is one of the most direct and most accessible routes into the parasympathetic nervous system - the part of you that regulates, repairs, and restores.

At six breaths per minute, paired with Aria Breath's harmonic music, you're not just relaxing. You're teaching your system that it's safe to slow down. That's a different thing entirely.

How the session works

  • We begin with gentle, mindful movement to prepare the body - arriving before we breathe

  • A short felt-sense meditation brings attention inward, from doing to being

  • 30 minutes of Harmonic breathing at six breaths per minute, guided by Aria Breath music

  • Space to land and integrate before you return to your day

The full session is 60 minutes, held online. You need only a comfortable, warm space, somewhere to lie or sit, and headphones if you have them.

Terms and Conditions

Effective from 18th December 2024

By booking any sessions with Claryn Nicholas [Wholeness Within], you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment and Refunds

  • Full Payment in Advance: All sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • Non-Refundable: Payments are non-refundable. If you choose not to attend or cancel your session, your payment will not be reimbursed.

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • 24-Hour Notice: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule a session. Requests made within less than 24 hours will not be accommodated, and the session will be considered used.

3. Non-Attendance

  • Missed Appointments: If you fail to attend your session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited and marked as completed.

4. Late Attendance

  • 10-Minute Grace Period: If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled session and have not communicated your delay, the session will be forfeited, considered completed, and will not be reimbursed. If you are less than 10 minutes late, the lost time will not be reimbursed.

5. Zoom Sessions and Recordings

  • Session Recordings: Zoom sessions may be recorded and stored securely for the purpose of client progress tracking and support. These recordings will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

  • AI Companion: Sessions may incorporate the use of AI tools or companions to enhance your experience. By booking, you consent to this integration as part of the service.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • All personal information and session details are kept strictly confidential and stored securely in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Responsibility for Engagement

  • Client Accountability: It is your responsibility to attend your sessions on time and actively engage in the process. No guarantees of outcomes or results are implied or stated.

8. Amendments to Terms

  • Policy Updates: These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. You will be notified of any updates before they take effect.
