I created this because I lived it.

I wasn’t afraid of conflict. I was afraid of being abandoned if I showed up as my full self.

It wasn’t burnout from doing too much.
It was the exhaustion of abandoning myself over and over again to keep the peace.

Rooted was born from the turning point, when I stopped performing and started listening to the truth my body had been holding all along.

What I offer isn’t strategy.
It’s nervous system truth-telling – helping your body feel safe enough to tell the truth you’ve been trained to suppress.​

I bring three decades of experience in healthcare, trauma-informed practice, and somatic healing.

I’ve worked with hundreds of high-achieving women who’ve told me: therapy helped, but didn’t change the deeper patterns. I see how inherited beliefs and relational wounds silently passed through generations, shaping the way we love, give, and belong.

Now is the time to break that cycle…by healing at the level where it began.

My approach draws from:

  • Compassionate Inquiry (trained with Dr. Gabor Maté)

  • Breathwork and nervous system regulation as daily tools for emotional safety; including what I call 'nervous system truth-telling,' the process of helping your body feel safe enough to tell the truth you’ve been trained to suppress

  • Parts work and inner child integration that meets you where your patterns began

a trauma-informed coach, certified Conscious Connected Breathwork Practitioner, and Registered Nurse & Health Visitor with nearly 30 years of experience bridging Western medicine and holistic healing.

I’ve worked with over 1,000 women, children, and families, helping them navigate deep emotional patterns, nervous system healing, and relational transformation.

I’ve trained with Dr. Gabor Maté in Compassionate Inquiry and specialise in helping high-achieving women break free from self-abandonment in relationships-so they can stop over-giving, trust their own voice, and create connections where they feel fully seen and valued.
