Why Nothing Has Worked Until Now
Mindset work alone won’t shift deeply embedded trauma responses.
Talking about your pain doesn’t heal it, embodying self-trust does
Boundaries won’t stick if your nervous system still equates love with self-sacrifice.
Rooted doesn’t just teach you self-trust…it rewires your baseline, through consistent somatic practice, emotional safety, and present-moment awareness.
What Makes Rooted Different:
This isn’t performance coaching disguised as healing.
I created this because I lived it.
I know what it’s like to measure your worth by how much you can carry.
To be the dependable one. The peacekeeper.
To say “I’m fine” when you’re quietly unraveling inside.
I wasn’t afraid of conflict. I was afraid of being abandoned if I showed up as my full self.
It wasn’t burnout from doing too much.
It was the exhaustion of abandoning myself over and over again to keep the peace.
Rooted was born from the turning point, when I stopped performing and started listening to the truth my body had been holding all along.
What I offer isn’t strategy.
It’s nervous system truth-telling.
It’s the kind of transformation you can’t fake, because it was earned in your body.
This is nervous system repair, identity work, and emotional depth for women who’ve already done the therapy, but still feel stuck.
You won’t be handed a framework to perfect.
You’ll be met in your complexity, your intensity, and your intelligence - without needing to shrink or explain.
I bring three decades of experience in healthcare, trauma-informed practice, and somatic healing.
I’ve worked with hundreds of high-achieving women who’ve told me: therapy helped, but didn’t change the deeper patterns. I see how inherited beliefs and relational wounds silently passed through generations, shaping the way we love, give, and belong.
Now is the time to break that cycle…by healing at the level where it began.
My approach draws from:
Compassionate Inquiry (trained with Dr. Gabor Maté)
Breathwork and nervous system regulation as daily tools for emotional safety; including what I call 'nervous system truth-telling,' the process of helping your body feel safe enough to tell the truth you’ve been trained to suppress
Parts work and inner child integration that meets you where your patterns began
This is not therapy. It’s the integrative bridge between insight and embodiment.
This space holds your wholeness, not just your healing.
