Hi, I’m Claryn

I see you, because I have been you. I believed that my achievements, productivity and being perfect was what I had to do to prove my worth.

I was anxious, drained and empty – until I realised that treating the symptoms would not help me long term.

What I needed was to heal past traumas to find the real me – by digging deep to find the truth, feeling my emotions, regulating my nervous system, committing to self-care practice and changing the way I saw and talked to myself.

This was the very reason I chose to train in Compassionate Inquiry - a psychotherapeutic approach to healing trauma - with Dr Gabor Maté and recently became a Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator with the Alchemy of Breath.

It is only by embodying your authenticity that you can you truly live a peaceful and contented life. Creating a balanced and healthy relationship requires you to step up and lead yourself.  

Which is why I am here and do what I do - to help you live and lead the life you want.

Claryn helped me to realise it’s ok to feel my emotions and by feeling them physically I can then work through them. It was interesting to see how those emotional feelings translated to physical sensation - something I’d not really paid attention to before.

QUESTIONS?

  1. I DON’T FEEL COMFORTABLE TALKING IN FRONT OF STRANGERS, LET ALONE SPEAK ABOUT MY ISSUES AND FEELINGS, HOW WILL THE SESSION/GROUP COACHING WORK?

    Great question! I totally get that. This is why there’ll only be 4 of you in the group. I always trust that the people who will join us are the right people. So invite you to trust me on this, trust the process and most important of all, yourself. There’s power and magic when we open a space for people to come together and be free to be themselves. I have been dubbed as being a ‘mean space holder’ which means I hold space where people feel safe, seen, heard, listened to and accepted as they are without judgment and with compassion and respect. This is where connection with yourself and others happen as sharing experiences and listening to others make you feel less alone.

    Each of you will have the opportunity to have a 1:1 interaction with me - trust that when this is your turn, you will feel like it’s only you and I in the space.

    Being witnessed this way also enhances our nervous system capacity to regulate and re-tone that we start to build our inner safety. Which will also increase your capacity to be OK to be yourself in the world.

  2. WHAT IF I CAN’T ATTEND THE LIVE SESSIONS?

    If you’re unable to attend the live session, you won’t have the opportunity to have a live session with me. That said, all sessions will be recorded and you will be able to watch on the replay. Usually, people get what they need from other people’s experiences and are able to draw any wisdom and messages that will be relevant to your own experience.

    You will be able to send me questions though through a channel that will be created. So all is not lost.
