I see you, because I have been you. I believed that my achievements, productivity and being perfect was what I had to do to prove my worth.
I was anxious, drained and empty – until I realised that treating the symptoms would not help me long term.
What I needed was to heal past traumas to find the real me – by digging deep to find the truth, feeling my emotions, regulating my nervous system, committing to self-care practice and changing the way I saw and talked to myself.
This was the very reason I chose to train in Compassionate Inquiry - a psychotherapeutic approach to healing trauma - with Dr Gabor Maté and recently became a Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator with the Alchemy of Breath.
It is only by embodying your authenticity that you can you truly live a peaceful and contented life. Creating a balanced and healthy relationship requires you to step up and lead yourself.
Which is why I am here and do what I do - to help you live and lead the life you want.
