HOW IT WORKS

I use multi-modalities in my work - Compassionate Inquiry, the BRIDGE and Conscious Connected Breathwork are powerful approaches in releasing trauma, unconscious patterns and childhood conditioning.

They lead us to find the root cause of your issues that keeps you in unconscious, unhealthy and toxic patterns of thoughts, beliefs and behaviours that affect how you see yourself and the world around you.

The methods employ a combination of mind-body psychotherapeutic healing approaches that slowly reveals the truth beneath the appearance that you present to the outside world in your life.

It enables you to reach and connect with your subconscious, emotions and physical body sensations, get to the truth, and release layers of childhood trauma. 

It goes further and deeper than talking therapy, and it’s not just about changing your thoughts and behaviours.

As each layer is gently peeled off, the true sense of self can begin to emerge.

This means you get to see:

  • the truth about past situations that have been impacting you negatively

  • yourself in a different light
