Let’s face it, we’re all too busy being busy. So much so that taking time out for ourselves just doesn’t seem or feel right. We feel so guilty because there’s just one other thing to do (at least!).
There’s always something to do, a job to be done. Before you know it, you get into a state of overwhelm but you carry on, because there’s just that one more thing to do. Before you know it, you get burnout!
Starting with 10 minutes in the morning, using this self-care check in sheet to guide and help you feel more focused for the day ahead, answer the first 3 questions and then before you go to bed, check-in with yourself again and answer the last 2 questions. Do this everyday for at least 3 weeks and see the difference it’s made. By making a small difference everyday, you’ll soon be creating a healthier habit that is more sustainable.
