Rest and Restore: A Restorative Experience

Come away from the hectic world and rest your body and mind in this wonderful restorative yoga experience. Feel nurtured and renewed at the end of it as you restore yourself.

This is an event to introduce the wonderful practice of Restorative Yoga. There will be a short talk about Restorative Yoga, its benefits for our health and our nervous system. This is followed by 1 hour practice and there will be an opportunity for questions and feedback at the end of the experience.

To ensure maximum comfort and attention, spaces are limited to 8 mats. I’d encourage you to book your mat as soon as possible. Mats and all the props will be provided. Please wear something very comfortable and relaxing and bring a bottle of water.

Investment £25 per person and can be purchased here.

I’ll be starting a Restorative Yoga class every second Sunday of the month (except August).
