My signature workshop Stress to Zen is back!
This time it will be held at the Wild Orange Holistic Space in Corby Glen.
Having run this workshop successfully before, I’m delighted to be able to offer it again in October.
This workshop is for you if you’re feeling stressed, tensed and wired basically.
I’m going to teach you how to relax physically, mentally and emotionally with simple and practical strategies and techniques. So that you can find focus and feel calm.
This workshop will incorporate gentle and nourishing yoga practice, followed by a talk, and discussion on how stress impacts our bodies and how we can learn to respond to the everyday’s challenges with more ease.
Healthy snacks and herbal teas will be served during the talk.
