This is an event to introduce the wonderful practice of Restorative Yoga. There will be a short talk about Restorative Yoga, its benefits for our health and our nervous system. This is followed by 1 hour practice and there will be an opportunity for questions and feedback at the end of the experience.
To ensure maximum comfort and attention, spaces are limited to 8 mats. I’d encourage you to book your mat as soon as possible. Mats and all the props will be provided. Please wear something very comfortable and relaxing and bring a bottle of water.
